BAYAZEH castle
Bayazeh Castle is located 53 km away from KHOOR in a village of the same name, Bayazeh. By going to Bayazeh village, you will see a multi storey building known as Bayazeh Citadel. Wide and deep ditches with a length of 7 to 13 meters have been dug around this building which protected the citadel from enemies in times of danger. This historical castle dates back to the SASANIAN empire, which has had a defensive as well as residential function for many years. Many tourists have passed by this castle in the past. People like Nasser Khosrow and Ibn Haqal have mentioned this castle in their travelogues.
JANDAGH castle
This ancient castle is built in the city of Jandagh, which dates back to the IlKHANIAN and SASANIAN times. The area of the castle is about one and a half hectares and there are still people living in this great castle .Walking through its alleys, you can see the houses of the castle, mosque, Hosseinieh, bath, and you can visit the house of the famous Iranian poet Yaghma Jandaghi. Jandagh Castle is still standing despite its history and destructive natural factors. Some believe that this fortress was Anushirvan prison, but its Architecture and size have refuted this hypothesis
