User: A person who connects to the Rahdoon website or application its services.
User Account: An account created by users to use Rahdoon services.
Wallet balance: The amount that guests have in their account to use the services of Rahdoon.
Exclusive hostel: The hostel that is fully and exclusively available to the guests; Such as: house, cottage and…
Experience: "Experience" is an activity planned and implemented by indigenous people in each region. These activities go beyond the usual tours and programs and take guests to a unique world that the they would not experience on their own. "Experience" is an opportunity for everyone to share their interests, skills or expertise without dependence or without resource constraints.
Rental rate: The rental rate of the hostel that must be paid by the guest to the host in exchange for the guest's residence at the specified hostel.
Experience: "Experiences" are activities that are planned and implemented by indigenous peoples in each region. These activities go beyond the usual tours and programs that take guests to a unique world that the guest cannot experience on their own. General rules

This service is the only interface between you and other members and users and have no control over the fulfillment of the obligations of the host, guest and other users.
Make sure that the correct information is provided when filling out the form and list.

Hostel

The host is aware and undertakes that all information about the property will not be inconsistent with local laws and the terms of ownership of the property, and that the guest will not be entitled to change the price after the property has been reserved by the guest. The host property must meet the minimum standards in terms of access, cleanliness and security. Also present at the time of delivery of the host property or his representative.

The information entered or edited by the members will be displayed on the "Rahdoon" site after the approval of the website experts.

Hostel Reservation Terms and Conditions

• The host has 24 hours to accept or reject the guest's request. Otherwise, the contract will be automatically terminated and the guest money will be refunded.
• Only the host is committed to preparing and delivering the property to the guest at the specified time and the site has no obligation in this regard.
• After completing the payment process and then confirming the reservation by the owner, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the guest in detail. In case of cancellation of the contract by the guest, the return of the rental amount depends on the discretion of the owner of the residence and the commission fee belonging to the site is non-refundable.
• If the guest does not present at the time of booking, no money will be returned to him/her and the hostel will be kept empty for him during the reserved period.
• Guests and hosts acknowledge that the process of booking and confirming or rejecting it on Rahdoon can only be done through the Rahdoon platform and sending SMS through this system. Therefore, the user is responsible for not receiving the SMS due to the weakness of the mobile antenna or inserting the wrong information when registering and not following up on time.
• Rahdoon receives only 5% of the reservation amount as a commission fee.

The Terms Of Refunding Guests

• In case of non-compliance of the property with the explanations of the host list, such as area, number of dreams, etc., the guest has the right to request a refund.
• The guest has only 24 hours after the start date of his/her reservation to announce one of the above items for the return of his money through the "Rahdoon" website. (The conditions for refunding guest money are unchangeable.)
• If the reservation is canceled by the owner, all the money will be deposited in the guest's wallet and the guest can choose to return all the money to him/her or keep the money in his/her wallet from his/her wallet to book a new residence. use. Any modification or change in the reservation will be made by the guest or host at their own risk and coordination, and the site will not interfere.
• If the site cancels the contract, it has no responsibility to pay damages to the host and guest.

Damaging The Hostel

• The guest has the duty to deliver the property as it is delivered, and in the event of any damage caused by him/herself, his/her guests who have entered the property with his/her permission, he/she is obliged to compensate.
• Damage will be reported by the host to the guest. If agreed, the guest will pay the damages.

Over Limit Residence Without The Consent Of The Host

• The guest is committed to delivering the property at the specified time on the host list, otherwise the host has the power to evict them and take a fine that is twice the agreed amount per night.

Announcing Misconduct

• If during the stay of the guest in the host property, each of the parties witnessed inappropriate behavior, theft, violence, etc., they first immediately notify the police and then inform the site. However, the site is not responsible for any action taken against that person and only that person's account will be deleted.

Experience Reservation Terms and Conditions

Rahdoon is a platform that displays information about the experiences that people offer. If there is a discrepancy in the information entered on the site, Rahdoon will not be held responsible.
How guests interact with the host to create an experience depends on how they communicate. Rahdoon has given the host the right to introduce himself on the website and to announce the experience, and the guest to accept the new experience by getting to know the host. Rahdoon does his best to examine how the host works and to provide experience. Given that Rahdoon is a platform for introducing new experiences, it is not the host or representative of the host and does not provide any responsibility for the accuracy of the host's experience to the guest and gives the guest the authority to decide on accompanying the host. If the host declares that the host has acted outside its obligations or has not complied with religious, legal and moral obligations, it will terminate the host's access.
The host undertakes to provide the experience exactly as stated on the website, otherwise the host will be notified if the guest is notified or verified by the host, and in some cases the host will be disconnected at the discretion of the host.

Guests should respect and respect indigenous culture, the norms of the host community, including culture, traditions, language, dialect, clothing, ideas, and so on. Guests should observe appropriate coverage in the experience and avoid doing things that are forbidden or immoral in custom and law, otherwise Rahdoon will not have any responsibility in this regard and can terminate the guest's access to future reservations. The cancellation of each experience by the guest depends on the conditions set by the host. At the same time as booking an experience, the guest accepts all the conditions announced by Rahdoon and the host and acts with full knowledge about booking the experience.
The guest is obliged to respect and enforce the rules mentioned by the host in using the experience, otherwise the guest is responsible for violating the rules and Rahdoon will not be responsible in this regard.

Disclaimer

• This website has no obligation regarding the history and crimes of the members and if it investigates the history of the members at its discretion, it will not see any reason to announce it before the abuse of the member.
