To register in Rahdoon, all you have to do is enter the registration link from the home page of the site and at the top of the page. After entering your full name, mobile number and selecting a dedicated password, you will receive an SMS verification code and you can easily become a member of Rahdoon site by entering the verification code. You can enter your user panel by entering your phone number and password.

To book a Hostel, all you have to do is select and search for the name of the province, city or village, the date of your arrival and departure, and the number of guests on the home page of the Rahdoon website. On the next page, you will enter the advanced search section, and by using the filters in this section, you can more easily restrict the search for your desired Hostel according to your desired specifications. You will be able to read reviews, descriptions, hostel rules, and amenities of the hostel.
At this stage, by selecting the number of guests and your dates, you will enter the electronic payment gateway and you can deposit the set amount by tapping the payment button.
After completing the payment and then confirming the reservation by the owner (up to 24 hours after the reservation request), a confirmation SMS with details including the host's contact number and hostel address will be sent to you by SMS. Also, on the "My Travels" page, the "View Receipt" option will be activated for you and you can select it to see the host's contact number and the address of your desired hostel. You can call the host to coordinate the delivery of the key. If you cancel the contract, the refund will be based on the discretion of the landlord and the commission fee of the site is non-refundable. It should be noted that only by announcing the name of one of the guests as the guardian, you can make a reservation for your friends and relatives.
For a definite and paid reservation cancellation, be sure to contact Rahdoon Support by phone. You can view the status of all your requests by visiting your user panel and the "My Reservations" page.

If you have a short-term rental hostel, you can select the "Become a Host" option after registering on the site so that your Hostel can be registered for free on the Rahdoon website; Then, by reading and agreeing to the terms and rules, Complete the process of registering the details and uploading images of the hostel and wait for the approval of the hostel by the experts of the Rahdoon website. After confirmation, your hostel ad will be displayed on the site.
The publication of your advertisement on the site will be in your own name and your contact number will be provided to the guest after the reservation and payment of the rent by the guest. The host's reservation request will be recorded by the guest after paying the rent and will be finalized after your approval.
The host is responsible for reviewing the guest identification documents when entering the hostel. Rahdoon receives the full amount of the rent from the customer and will transfer the amount paid to the host account 24 hours after the start of the stay. Advertising on "Rahdoon" site is free and your hostel advertisement on our social networks is free of charge, but if your hostel is reserved through "Rahdoon" website, 10% of the total reservation amount will be taken by the website as the commission fee.
